The EAST Experience

EAST can best be described as a performance-based learning environment utilizing project-based, service learning integrated with advanced technological applications in an interdisciplinary laboratory environment, where the intellectual and problem-solving growth of the student is the focus. Technology is not taught in the EAST environment, rather the technology is a tool integrated into the learning process. The EAST Initiative is the result of a dynamic collaboration between government, business, and education. This web site is dedicated to the students in EAST.
